Part 2:

Harvest & Horizons

Wild Tasmania Sailing + Culinary Voyage | Jan 8–20, 2026

After the race, Wind Shift resets her sails and turns south to explore Tasmania’s remote southwest coast — a world of granite ranges, empty bays, and wild rivers only accessible by sea.

Onboard, you’ll be joined by an award-winning chef for a journey that blends sailing, foraging, and fine Tasmanian cuisine.

You can swim, hike, paddleboard… or simply rest. It’s your pace.

This is the first in our new Ocean Dining Adventures series — and it’s shaping up to be unforgettable.
